This is one of the puppies that held still long enough to take a picture.

They are in their cage next to the creek in the back yard.

Last year a mountain lion and her cub came right up to my porch and drug a puppie off for dinner. They caught them under the bridge where they were living but it was too late for that puppie. These are the puppies Jip has just had on March 1, 2010. They are at our house in Camp Verde now so people can come and look at them. Jip is happy to be back at work chasing cows.

There are 8 puppies. 3 short haired and 5 long haired. We are keeping 2 for the ranch.

This puppie we're going to have to name Hollywood because she liked to get her picture taken. They are all marked a little differently, some are already shy and some are after all the chow they can get. Sounds just like kids!
